Booking RetainerA non-refundable Booking Retainer is required to reserve your spa party date and time.The Booking Retainer is applied toward the total cost of your event and compensates Two Peas in a Spa for reserving the requested date, time, mobile spa, staff, and resources exclusively for your event.Once a reservation is confirmed, the Booking Retainer is non-refundable and non-transferable.Submitting payment constitutes acceptance of these terms.2. CancellationsIf you cancel your event for any reason, including but not limited to a change in plans, guest count, venue, schedule, or personal circumstances, your Booking Retainer will not be refunded.Cancellations made 21 days or less before the event date will result in forfeiture of the Booking Retainer. Any additional payments made toward the event may also be non-refundable depending on expenses already incurred for the event.3. Guest Count ChangesYour final guest count must remain within the maximum capacity of the package and mobile spa selected at booking.Increasing your guest count after booking does not guarantee that additional guests can be accommodated.If your guest count exceeds the capacity of the selected mobile spa, this does not qualify you for a refund of your Booking Retainer.4. ReschedulingRequests to reschedule must be made at least 21 days before the scheduled event date and are subject to availability.A Booking Retainer may be transferred one time to an available future date at the sole discretion of Two Peas in a Spa.Rescheduling requests made within 21 days of the event are not guaranteed and may result in forfeiture of the Booking Retainer.5.
